Even if you are brand new to Warhammer or curious about the hobby, we have plenty of fun things for you to get started! From building and painting, to learning the game and its mechanics… we have an amazing group of members and players that extremely passionate and would be more than happy to help newcomers learn!

We have introductory sets ranging from full armies to small demo kits just for building and painting. This makes it easy to see the fun and effort it takes before fully committing! (Ask one of the owners to set you up to build and paint)

Everyone starts with their “sealed” pre-con deck. Each game played in-store = 1pt and each game played in store on Wednesdays = 5pts. Every Wednesday, the lowest rated players will receive a single pack of their choice**. Cards from this pack can be used to swap into your pre-con’s 99 cards (not commander). Players will have the ability to complete Quests to earn more points!

Regardless of how many players you may have, there are tons of social deduction games that you can play here that put your deceiving, cunning, and backstabbing skills to the test!

This immersive trading card game involves collecting cards and building decks, offers fun and strategic play, and lets you play against one or more opponents. 

Riftbound is the League of Legends strategic trading card game where champions fight for control of battlefields. Choose your Legend, command your army, and conquer battlefields in this player strategic TCG.

This week we will be playing… CATAN!

In CATAN (formerly The Settlers of Catan), players try to be the dominant force on the island of Catan by building settlements, cities and roads. On each turn dice are rolled to determine which resources the island produces. Players build structures by 'spending' resources (sheep, wheat, wood, brick and ore) which are represented by the relevant resource cards; each land type, with the exception of the unproductive desert, produces a specific resource: hills produce brick, forests produce wood, mountains produce ore, fields produce wheat, and pastures produce sheep.

Some of our amazing members are hosting a Warhammer Underworlds Tournament on Sunday August 23rd. This is a friendly competition for experienced and new players alike.

There will be tournament prizes at the end of the event and potentially demo armies for the game to be given out to those who are new to the game!

In the sleepy town of Ravenswood Bluff, ‌a demon walks amongst you. During a hellish thunderstorm, on the stroke of midnight, there echoes a bone-chilling scream. The townsfolk rush to investigate and find the town storyteller murdered, their body impaled on the hands of the clocktower, blood dripping onto the cobblestones below. A Demon is on the loose, murdering by night and disguised in human form by day. Some have scraps of information. Others have abilities that fight the evil or protect the innocent. But the Demon and its evil minions are spreading lies to confuse and breed suspicion. Will the good townsfolk put the puzzle together in time to execute the true demon and save themselves? Or will evil overrun this once peaceful town?

This week we will be playing… Azul: Tile Laying Game!

In the game Azul, players take turns drafting colored tiles from suppliers to their player board. Later in the round, players score points based on how they've placed their tiles to decorate the palace. Extra points are scored for specific patterns and completing sets; wasted supplies harm the player's score. The player with the most points at the end of the game wins.

This week we will be playing… Small World of Warcraft!

Small World of Warcraft is set on the fantasy world of Azeroth, where the races of the Alliance and the Horde — including Orcs, Dwarves, Trolls, and Worgen — clash in a world-consuming conflict. In the game, players choose combinations of special powers and races from the Warcraft universe, such as Portal Mage Pandarens or Herbalist Goblins, and vie for control of Azeroth. To help them achieve dominance, players will occupy legendary terrains and seek control of powerful artifacts. However, all empires must eventually fall, so players need to be ready to put an overextended race into a state of "decline" and lead a new one to rule Azeroth.

The Game Vault’s, Epic Game Day, involves a game or more of longer playtime, larger scale, medium-heavy experience board games!
