In Catan, players take on the roles of settlers, each attempting to build and develop settlements and its infrastructure on the island of Catan while trading and acquiring resources. Players gain victory points as their settlements grow, and gain achievements, first player to a hit a certain number of victory points wins and is named the Settler of Catan!
